Raoul de Godewarsvelde (sin vrai nom, ch'étot Francis Albert Victor Delbarre), ch'étot eun canchonnier picard. I étot né in 1928 à Lille, pi i est défuncté l'14 d'avril 1977.

Raoul ch'est étou un gayant d' Lille

Sin père il étôt fotografe à Lille. Raoul il a té étou fotografe et pi i disoait <<Mi, j’sus pas canteu, j’sus fotografe !>>.

Il o canté din ch'groupe "Chés Capenoules" (fondé in 1966 pèr Jack Defer).
